1. I will be attending a tournament, concert, or other event in Atlantic City.  How far away is the house from Atlantic City's casinos? The closest casinos to the house are Harrahs (3 miles), the Borgata Hotel (4 miles) and the Golden Nugget (3.5 miles). The farthest casino is the Tropicana (6 miles).

2. Do you charge a pet fee? We do not charge a pet fee. However, we ask all pet parents to follow our pet rules so we can continue to offer pets the opportunity to travel with their loved ones.

3. Where is the closest international airport? The closest international airports are Philadelphia (PHL) (56.7 miles away) and Newark (EWR) (93 miles away).

4. Can I see the house in advance of booking it? No. We respect our guests privacy and we do not want to disturb them during their stay. Pictures and reviews are accurate. 

5. How do we get a permit to drive on the 4x4 beach? Contact the city of Brigantine for a 4x4 permit. You must provide your driver's license and current insurance.  The vehicle must be all wheel drive.  The permits are for the year - not per stay.

6. Are there TVs in every room? The house has one TV 75-inch smart TV, equipped with VIZIO WatchFree+ in the living room where you can stream movies and shows. The house also has good internet for those that want to watch movies on their personal devices.

7. Do you provide propane for the BBQ grill? Propane is provided for your convenience. After grilling, please clean and cover the grill to maintain its condition. Avoid leaving any food in the yard or on the grill.

8. How far is the walk to the beach from the house? The closest beach entrance from the house is on Seaside Rd. You can also access this area via Bramble Drive, Surfside Rd., and Sandy Lane. After crossing the dunes, you’ll find yourself on a peaceful stretch of beach that often feels like your own private oasis. Use the beach cart provided to carry your gear. If you prefer to walk less you can drive to the North End and park on the street. The entire island of Brigantine is only 5 miles. There are several beach areas - each provides different activities and ambiance. 

9. Can I take my dog to the beach?  Dogs are allowed on all the beach areas during the off-season (Oct 1 - May 29) provided they are on a leash (no longer than 6 feet). During the Summer (May 30 - Sept 30) dogs are not allowed on the ocean beaches from 14th Street North to the Jetty. However, dogs are always allowed (year round) at the North End Beach area, but must still be on a leash.
